The installation characteristics of the hydraulic actuator determine that it only applies to some special conditions that require high actuator control. At present, hydraulic actuators are only used in large-scale power plants, petrochemical plants and other enterprises.

Hydraulic Actuator: When abnormal anti-deviation ability, high thrust and rapid formation speed are required, we often use hydraulic or electrohydraulic actuators. Because of the incompressibility of liquids, the advantage of using hydraulic actuators is the superior anti-deviation ability, which is very important for regulating working conditions, because the throttling working conditions are unstable when the adjusting element approaches the valve seat. The pressure difference is large and the situation is more severe. In addition, the hydraulic actuators operate very smoothly and respond quickly, enabling high-precision control. Electrohydraulic actuators integrate the motor, oil pump, and electro-hydraulic servo valve into one unit. They only work when they are connected to the power supply and control signals. The hydraulic actuator is similar to the cylinder, but it is only able to withstand higher pressure than the cylinder. It's Work requires an external hydraulic system. The factory needs to have a hydraulic station and an oil pipeline. In contrast, electrohydraulic actuators are more convenient.

The main drawbacks of hydraulic actuators are the high cost, physical complexity, and complexity and the need for specialized engineering. Therefore, most of them are used in special applications such as power plants and petrochemicals.

2. The actuator can be installed in any working position, but it should consider the convenience of inspection and operation.

3. The seal performance test shall be conducted before the safety of the actuator; before the installation, the no-load switch test shall be performed more than three times, the spindle rotation shall be flexible, and there shall be no jamming on the shafts.

4. During the installation process, remove the dirt and dirt from the hole, the seal ring and the joint surface, and check whether the connecting bolts are evenly tightened.

5. Sealing test and hydraulic operation test are to be completed after installation.

6. During the period of use, regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out depending on the frequency of its activities.
